Hot Bittersweet Sauce
Melt in saucepan, stirring over low heat until smooth.
¼ cup butter (1/2 cube)
2 Tablespoons cocoa
Then stir in…
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup canned milk
1/8 teaspoon salt

Bring slowly to a boil. Remove from heat. Blend in 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Buttermilk Syrup - a rich, yummy carmel ?avored syrup
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cups buttermilk or milk soured with lemon
100 g butter
2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup or honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla

In a saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil and let boil for 7 minutes. Turn off the heat and then stir in the vanilla.
